B2B companies and their sales personnel require help in providing outstanding quality services for their customers. We want to see if future technology, e.g. artificial intelligence, machine learning or data analytics, can offer that required help. Are you ready to take up this challenge?
Currently, B2B companies do not fully understand their customers’ needs, resources or know well enough when is the ideal moment to interact with them. Our goal at Customer Intelligence Finland, CIFI, is to help these companies by providing them top quality services that clearly bring added value to them. That is also why we are constantly looking for new methods to reach that goal.
We are looking for validated concept models that can be developed further in the future. What is the new operational concept that brings most added value for B2B companies and their customers? How to help sales personnel in B2B companies to excel in their jobs by enhancing their customers’ service experience? How can we create anew the sales process and customer journey?
