The brief

A round in a golf course offers you great outdoors activity, physical exercise and a moment to relax in an aesthetic and calm environment. How could we give the players the utmost service throughout their stay at the golf center? For example, when is the best moment to place your order to the restaurant: before, during or after the golf round?

The background

Nokia River Golf (NRG) is the biggest golf center in Tampere region located in Nokia on the lands of Alastalo mansion. NRG includes 18-hole course ‘River’ and 9-hole course ‘Rock’. NRG targets to become the best golf company in Finland by continuously developing its services in and around golf.

The problem

Playing golf is not just playing golf but it includes many other relaxing elements such as having great meal at the restaurant. We want to maximise our customers’ satisfaction by offering them full service in and around golf in an easy form. What are the best manners to reach this goal?
