The brief

We’ve made the art of giving feedback effortless – just push the button. However, what are the new, innovative ways to give feedback? What is the most comfortable way of expressing your opinions or experiences?

The background

HappyOrNot is the global leader in instant customer and employee satisfaction reporting with our innovative feedback smileys. We deliver our clients world-class service on time – without exceptions. Giving feedback is natural to people, and we’ve made it extremely simple with our machines with smiley faces. We want to offer our clients the best service, which is why we are ambitious to learn new, novel methods for giving feedback that don’t necessarily require pushing buttons. Now, we’re keen to take this forward by learning more about the various layers of people and how they want to give feedback.

The problem

How do people want give feedback and what are the natural ways of giving it? How can we encourage people to express their thoughts about their service experience? How can we help our clients to get the most out of the feedback they receive? How do people wish to give feedback in the future? What concerns or restrictions should be taken into account?
